OECD Compendium of Productivity Indicators 2025 のグラフから日本の労働生産性を見る

先々週の7月10日に、先進各国が加盟する経済協力開発機構(OECD)から OECD Compendium of Productivity Indicators 2025 が公表されています。OECDのサイトにある Executive summary から簡潔に2点だけ引用すると以下の通りです。

Executive summary

• Productivity growth remained subdued in 2023 and 2024 amid a shifting geopolitical and economic landscape
• Productivity performance varied across countries, industries and firms

基本的に、統計集、というか、データ=indicatorをグラフ化したもので構成されており、分析や政策提案といったものは含まれていません。下に、リポート p.40 から Figure 4.6. Labour productivity in 2023 を引用しておきます。まあ、購買力平価(PPP)で計測した日本の1時間当たり労働生産性は先進国平均から見てやや低い、というのは緩やかなコンセンサスがあるところかもしれません。
